MIPS® Brain Protection System

The MIPS® Brain Protection System (BPS) is designed to add protection against rotational motion transferred to the brain. The twisting motion affects the brain and increases the risk of minor and major brain injuries. When applied to a helmet, MIPS® BPS can reduce rotational motion by redirecting energies and forces that are otherwise transferred to the brain.

MIPS® IS A BRAIN PROTECTION SYSTEM - DESIGNED FOR ADDITIONAL PROTECTION ON HELMETS.

The MIPS® Brain Protection System (BPS) is located inside the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS (a high-quality foam used to reduce energy).

For certain impacts, MIPS® BPS significantly reduces the forces transmitted to the brain.
