Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need proof of purchase.
Returns.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or declined.
If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Incorrect or late returns (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is announced.

Changes (if any)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@snowtech.gr and send your product to:

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a product over with your own carrier, you should consider using a shipment tracker or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your product.
