Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns (if any)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or declined.
If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Incorrect or late returns (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued to you.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is announced.

Sales details (if applicable)
Only regular value items can be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if any)

Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had given the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a return to the gift giver and you will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over 75, you should consider using a shipment tracker or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your product.
